Description

Design and develop field solver based interconnect RC extraction software for Silvaco’s Clever and Stellar products.

Requirements

Must have:

PhD in EE, Physics or Applied Mathematics
Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience in interconnect RC extraction software
Experience in Finite Element methods
Experience in working with unstructured meshes
Proficiency in C and C++ on Unix or Linux
