TCAD Developer - Plasma Etch/Depo Simulation

Location(s)

Santa Clara, CA

Description

Develop physical models, algorithms and software for plasma etching and deposition processes including plasma sheath models, flux distribution models, surface reaction, re-emission and redeposition models.

Requirements

Must have:

PhD with at least 3 years direct software development experience in process simulation with focus on plasma or surface reaction physics
Proficiency in C/C++
