Maintainability

When a PDK has completed User-Acceptance Testing, it becomes version 1.0. After the PDK achieves foundry acceptance it is promoted to version 2.0. Silvaco tracks issues (feature requests, bugs, documentation errors, etc.) for every PDK through its internal issue tracking system. All releases of Silvaco PDKs include a completed GSA MS/RF PDK Checklist.
