Quality and Testing

Silvaco believes that PDK quality, in the form of accuracy, completeness and ease of use is critical to AMS/RF designers. We use a separate set of  “Fresh Eyes” to assure that each PDK meets specifications as measured by the GSA MS/RF PDK Checklist. Every device includes testcases generated and verified for schematic, simulation, DRC/LVS correct layout, and parasitic extraction as documented in the GSA MS/RF PDK Checklist. We perform a trial tape-out to assure smooth foundry handoff. Our field applications engineers verify compliance before delivery to initial customers.
