A token card gives ultimate mobility and the fairest value to the user.

A token card is charged for the exact amount of time tools are used and provides instant access to all Silvaco software on any machine at any time. A token card is ideal for use in overflow situations, mobile users and for occasional tool use. An amount of software run time can be purchased online and downloaded to the token card (hardware key). As tools are run they deduct time from the token card in increments proportional to the number of Universal Tokens the tool uses and the time elapsed. (see Universal Tokens brochure)

Additional credit can be purchased online in units of token hours ($10 per token hour) at any point with a minimum purchase of ten hours. The token card can be mixed with any other licensing options, including those purchased in the past, to provide an unprecedented return on investment.
